Q: How soon will my order ship?
A: We do our best to have customer orders shipped within 72 hours from receipt; However, factors such as delayed supplier shipments, depleted supplies, fluctuating work volumes, and customer proof approval don't always make that possible. If you have a rush order, contact us before submitting a printing request.
Q: Do you have any kind of guarantee?
A: Our products are covered by a 30-day Money Back Guarantee. All items are guaranteed to be free from defect, upon arrival. If items arrive defective or are not what was order (due to our error), please contact us immediately! All refunds are full, less original shipping costs. Refunds or exchanges are not excepted expect in the above mentioned conditions.
Q: My order is not what I expected. What do I do?
A: Please contact us BEFORE returning items for refund. All refunds must receive an authorization number prior to return. Unauthorized returns will be refused. All items must be returned in original packaging and with all contents and enclosures that originally shipped with the product(s). Returns which do not meet the above mentions qualifications will be subject to a restocking fee from 10% to 50% and possible refusal. Shipping costs are NOT refundable.
Q: Do you cover damage during shipment?
No. We cannot be held liable for damage during shipment. We do our best to package items well in order to avoid damage, but it does occasionally happen. Damage claims must be handled by the individual carriers.
Q: Why don't you offer quick turn-around for orders?
A: It is our desire to provide superior customer service. Once we receive your order, we process it, design it, send you any necessary proofs for verification, and then produce it. This pre-shipment process may be lengthened by variables such as necessary communication between SML Signs and More and customers, design times for complex graphics, time awaiting customer approval of proofs, and redesigns. We believe that this time is well spent, because you will be satisfied with the product you receive.
Q: Do you do editing of Free Logo Insertions for signs?
A: Graphic/Logo design and editing services are available, upon request, but are not covered under the "one free graphic/logo" insertion included in basic sign prices. The customer will be contacted for approval in the event that the total price requires adjustment due to the need for design or editing services.
Q: If the system accepts my order is it guaranteed at that price?
A: While we have attempted to provide our customers with the convenience of online ordering and a streamlined ordering process, all internet orders have to be physically reviewed and confirmed. If there is a problem with your order as submitted, we will contact you. We reserve the right to adjust orders and applicable fees, as well as refuse or cancel orders which we are unable to fulfill.
