Terms of Sale
Please read all of these terms of sale before proceeding with order.
Customer Service
It is our desire to provide superior customer service. We will do our best to process, design, produce and ship your order as quickly as possible. At our discretion, we may send a computer generated "proof" for customer verification before beginning entering the production phase. This will cause some orders to take longer in the pre-shipment phase than others. The pre-shipment phase may also be lengthened by variables such as necessary communication between SML Signs and More and customers, design times for complex graphics, time awaiting customer approval of proof, and editing. We believe that this time is well spent, because you will be satisfied with the product you receive.
Refunds or exchanges are not accepted except in the above mentioned conditions. Please keep in mind that we are a small family-operated business. Your satisfaction is our top priority. High order volumes may cause fluctuations in pre-shipment times. If you have a rush order, please contact us BEFORE placing your order to assure that we can meet your time restraints.
Order Adjustments and Cancellations
While we have attempted to provide our customers with the convenience of online ordering and a streamlined ordering process, we reserve the right to adjust orders and applicable fees, as well as refuse or cancel orders which we are unable to fulfill. We will do our best to contact the customer as soon as possible, once the difficulty has come to our attention.
Graphics
Graphic/Logo design and editing services are available, upon request, but are not covered under the "one free graphic/logo" insertion included in basic sign prices. Uploaded images must ONLY be in need of slight clean-up and resizing. In the event that the customer has uploaded a graphic which does not meet these qualification or there is need of price adjustment, the customer will be contacted for approval before design and production of the sign. Note: Silhouette images are one color graphic images.
Design Fees
Custom design is available upon request and at the current rate schedule of $48/hr. Orders received which require in-depth editing will be subject to the same rates and will not be completed without prior customer approval of the additional fees. Design rates are subject to change without notice.
Proofs & Revisions
At our discretion, a proof may be sent out to the customer for approval before production of the order. ONE subsequent revision is included in the base price, along with a second proof sent to the customer after the revision, if necessary. Any further revisions/editing or proofs are subject to the current design rates.
Shipping
Shipping times will vary based on the requested shipping method. Certain orders/items may require ground or freight shipment due to size or weight restrictions. We have made every effort to make these changes on our website, but in the event that there must be a change in the requested method, we will contact you for your approval.
Guarantee
Our products are covered by a 30-day Money Back Guarantee. All items are guaranteed to be free from defect, upon arrival. If items arrive defective, or are not what was order (due to our error), please contact us immediately! All refunds are full, less original shipping costs. We do not cover damages due to shipping. If your item arrives damaged, contact the individual shipping carrier.
Please contact us before returning items for refund. All refunds must receive an authorization number prior to return. Unauthorized returns will be refused. All items must be returned in original packaging and with all contents and enclosures that originally shipped with the product(s). Returns which do not meet the above mentions qualifications will be subject to a restocking fee from 10% to 50% and possible refusal. Shipping costs are NOT refundable.

Prices and products are subject to change without notice. SML Signs and More shall also not be liable for delays or unfulfilled orders due to exhaustion of stocks, delays or unfulfilled orders of suppliers, natural disaster, fire, labor disputes, or any other circumstance beyond our control. Any special terms or conditions granted to customer do not supersede the general terms expressed in this sales agreement.
